Frank has a passion for building businesses, inventing and gaming. These three forces came together in 1985 when Frank won a well-publicized multimillion dollar payout on a Monday Night Football promotion sponsored by Beatrice Foods.

Frank spent many years building React, a media technology company, as well as a successful Florida-based real estate development company.

His desire to make advertising fun and rewarding inspired him to invent and get a patent for a Reactive Advertising Process that is at the core of a new generation of advertising designed to attract consumers’ attention and reward them for their time and attention.

Frank is an alum of Emory University.

Matt Birk serves as React’s first Commissioner of Pro and ePro Sports. A standout Harvard All-Ivy League lineman, Matt was drafted by the NFL Minnesota Vikings in 1998, earning six Pro Bowl selections before joining the Baltimore Ravens in 2009. The two-time All-Pro received the 2011 Walter Payton Man of the Year Award and retired on a high note, as part of the Ravens’ Super Bowl XLVII team. Matt then worked in the NFL front office as the Dir. of Football Development, and later as a special consultant. Birk’s interest now extends to eSports with the founding of Wombo Sports, an entertainment platform and solutions agency positioned at the intersection of video gaming, celebrity and pop culture. Matt directs React’s not-for-profit initiatives with organizations including the Gridiron Greats Assistance Fund.
Luigi has joined React as its COO and CFO. He has exhibited strong technical expertise and business acumen, spending much of his career-defining, mapping, and executing the core direction of international business ventures from inception. Del Basso was the founder of Servebase, a global payments processing company acquired by Kalixa in 2014 and was recently rebranded as PXP Financial.

Luigi’s passion for sports includes having owned and served as Chairman of a UK soccer club for 16 years and developing the largest youth academy in the country. Luigi is a University of Hertfordshire graduate.

Terry has a broad background in sales, sales management and business development across the retail, computer software and media industries. He has extensive experience in digital media and multimedia advertising from his work at Media General.

Through his consultancy, Terry partnered Media General and React on a reactive advertising project which led him to join the React team.

Terry is a University of Pittsburgh graduate.

Barry Pincus, CPA, is React’s Advisory CFO, and specializes in content and the intersection of content and technology. He has over 35 years of experience working for some of the most significant sports, media and entertainment brands including the New York Yankees, Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia and Maxim magazine.

He has assisted ventures in raising capital and helped increase both the bottom and top line. Barry advises on corporate governance, cost management, process engineering and digital transformation while building brands and brand equity.

Seth Rabinowitz is an experienced sports industry executive and consultant with deep expertise in fan engagement, marketing, game presentation, and technology.  From 2013 to 2018, he was Senior Vice President – Marketing & Fan Engagement for the New York Jets, where he oversaw all marketing and game/event presentation functions, earning the Jets SportTechie’s “Most Innovative Sports Team” award in 2017.

Previously, Seth worked in the NFL League Office for 11 years in business development, marketing, and international roles, with 20+ published citations demonstrating NFL best practices.

Rick spent his early career at Procter & Gamble where he led the Tide brand and at IBM where he ran worldwide marketing for the Consumer Products Division and IBM Direct. Rick then served as CMO for Global Knowledge, a worldwide IT training company and at Ultimus Enterprise Software.

More recently, Rick founded Blue Hat Branding, a branding and design agency.

Rick received his MBA for the University of Michigan.

Brandon Selfors is a creative processor with over a decade of digital marketing and web development experience in various industries including media, mobile apps, fintech, and customer experience. His first digital agency, Emboss, serves multiple Maggio Media holdings and spinoffs, including React, LLC and Transactive, LLC.

Brandon is a USF graduate with a BA in Business Entrepreneurship

Dave has been in the Radio and Television industry for over 25 years, with over 7,000 hours of live on-air TV hosting experience, to compliment his voice-over and radio talents. He has appeared on The Home Shopping Network®, Ideal World England, TSC Canada, The Outdoor Shopper, UShop TV and The Military Shopping Channel.

In 2006, Dave founded On Air Image, Inc., a company that consults on TV projects, retail TV sales, infomercials and product placement services.

He proudly served in the U.S. Marines and graduated from Southern Illinois University.


Lou’s marketing and advertising expertise spans 40+ years, achieving leadership positions within custom publishing groups, a media buying agency and an advertising agency. He served as President of Campbell-Ewald, and Chairman of Initiative Worldwide, both IPG companies, whose clients have varied from consumer goods (J&J, Coca Cola, IBM) to automotive (Chevrolet) to technology and media companies (AOL). Since 2003, Schultz has remained actively involved in TV and movie production, and consulting in various advertising and marketing disciplines. Lou’s specialties include communication planning and strategy development, TV and media business development. Schultz holds a BA from Michigan State University and an MBA from Wayne State University.

Rick Brace joins React as their inaugural Advisory Board Chair, having recently retired as President of Canada’s Rogers Media, a $2+ billion enterprise including television networks, SportsNet, 56 radio stations, and 50+ publishing titles.

Rick started his career as a director, producer and executive producer with CBC sports. In 1984 he joined the fledgling cable channel TSN (Canada’s version of ESPN), moving through programming and production, to become network President.  When TSN was purchased by CTV in 2001, Brace became Cable Channels President, and then CTV President.
